RESERVATION SYSTEM
Restaurant booking system for Adelaide venues
Take reservations on your own website, keep your guest data, and stop paying commission on the regulars who were always coming back.
What a booking platform quietly costs you
Most reservation platforms are a marketplace first and software second. They charge a fee for every cover, or a commission on every booking — including the guests who found you on your own website, and the regulars who already knew your name.
The larger cost is quieter. The guest history sits with the platform: the email address, the dietary note, the fact that someone books the same table every second Friday. That record belongs to the marketplace. When you leave, it stays behind, and the platform keeps marketing your guests to the venue down the road.
It is a strange arrangement. You do the cooking, the service and the marketing, and you rent access to your own customers by the head.
What we build instead
We built OneReserve because the hospitality venues we build websites for kept asking for the same thing: bookings on their own site, at a price that does not grow every time the room is full.
- 01
Flat AU $39 a month.
Not per cover, not per booking.
- 02
No commission
on any reservation, including ones we never touched.
- 03
The guest data stays yours
, and stays exportable.
- 04
No lock-in contract.
Leave whenever it stops being useful.
- 05
Runs on your own website
, under your own brand, not a listing on someone else’s directory.
The reservation book, floor plan, waitlist, guest profiles and reporting are all included. There is no premium tier that unlocks the features you actually need. See what’s included, and the price.
Built in Adelaide, running in Adelaide venues
We are an Adelaide agency, and OneReserve is our own product rather than software we resell. That matters in two practical ways.
Support is in your timezone. When something needs attention at six on a Friday, you are not filing a ticket that gets read the following Monday in another hemisphere.
And because we build websites as well as the booking system, the two are not stitched together by a third party. The booking flow is part of the site rather than a widget bolted onto it — which is usually the difference between a booking that completes and one that gets abandoned halfway.
Getting started
- 01
Tell us about the room.
Tables, sittings, how you like to pace a service, and anything unusual about the way you take bookings now.
- 02
We set up the floor plan
and the booking rules to match, rather than making you fit a template.
- 03
The booking form goes on your site
— your existing one, or a new one if that is part of the job.
- 04
You keep going.
No contract, no minimum term, and your data comes with you if you ever leave.
Most venues are taking bookings the same week. If you are moving off an existing platform, ask us about exporting your guest list before you cancel. It is easier to do while the account is still open, and it is the part venues most often lose.
Rather set it up yourself? Start a free trial and do exactly that — it is the same system, and we are here if you get stuck.
Already running in an Adelaide venue
Mood takes its table bookings through our system, from a button on its own site rather than a listing on a marketplace. Walk-ins still welcome, which is rather the point — the software fits how the venue already works.
We also build and look after sites for the L.Law group, Tweety Bird Cafe and Dada Dumpling & Laksa. Hospitality is most of what we do.
